In 1999, Sunil founded his lettings business, known now as Friendlyhouseshares.com. He began by letting out rooms in his own home.

The business has expanded considerably, and today he houses over 150 tenants in the city of Leicester.

 

Although letting out various types of property, co-living houses are his speciality. Running this business has given him first hand experience in handling tenants. He has developed finely tuned methods of selecting the right kind of tenant, as well as handling any issues involved with HMO properties.
