From a young age, Sunil Tailor has had an eye for investment. The journey from selling Ginger Beer to his classmates aged only 7, to eventually triumphing on the property market has, inevitably, been a very complicated, educational and rewarding one.
Along his journey, Sunil has learnt about more than just property investment. He was 17 years old when he picked up his first psychology book, kick-starting a deep fascination with the human mind. Now known as self-development books, their popularity in today's world was not so in the 90s, and there was limitted place for them in the business world. Never the less, his hunger for growth did not waver.
Authors like Anthony Robbins, gave him an insight into human mentality and how mindset can lead to a more fulfilling life, as well as just dictating an individuals financial success.
This positive, can-do attitude got Sunil where he is today. From ignoring the words of a bank manager in 1999, who told him property was a declining market, to surviving the credit crunch of 2008. By incorporating this attitude into his business model, he has continued to reach his goals time and time again.
